The Nottingham Varsity Series returns for another year of fierce competition between Nottingham Trent University and the University of Nottingham.
Thousands of students will come together to celebrate the best of university sport, from packed arenas to unforgettable finishes. With major fixtures in Ice Hockey and Football, plus action across sports including American Football, Basketball, Rugby, Netball and more, the Series promises an electric showcase of talent, pride and rivalry.

A citywide collaboration
The Nottingham Varsity Series is delivered through a joint effort between Nottingham Trent Students’ Union, NTU Sport, University of Nottingham Students’ Union, and UoN Sport, celebrating student sport across the city.
With events hosted at iconic venues including the Motorpoint Arena, Meadow Lane, and The Bay, Varsity brings Nottingham’s sporting community together like no other event.
